Price Matching Policy If a Câlin member customer discovers an identical product sold at a lower price by a Canadian competitor, operating in the same geographic area, we will match the price upon presentation of original printed or digital proof. The policy is available in-store only.
Conditions of application: • The customer must be a Câlin member to have access to price matching. • The product must not have already been purchased. • If the product is sold on a website, it must be in Canadian dollars and immediately available for delivery in the same geographical area and include all shipping and other fees. The item must be in stock, available for sale, and must not be a pre-order or be available only in limited quantities. • Price matching is valid only during the validity period of the proof presented. Items must be identical in brand, type, model number, color and size and all eligibility criteria must be included in the advertisement. Photos are used only to identify the trademarks or products advertised and the written text prevails at all times. • This policy excludes gift cards, closeout sales, after-sale discounts, specific promotions (e.g., “buy X and get Y”, as well as gifts with purchase). • The policy excludes loyalty programs and all benefits offered by them (such as, but not limited to, points, discounts, coupons and rewards earned through loyalty programs), discount coupons, employee discounts and senior discounts, as well as group purchases of products under competitor promotions when evaluated at their individual value and purchases with free product rebates. • Limit of 4 items per Câlin member customer per day, all varieties combined. We reserve the right to verify the member's identity. We reserve the right to refuse to apply the price match policy if the price of the competitor's item results from a pricing error on the part of the competitor. (Ex: a printing error or an erratum) or "special sale" prices. Special sales include: Black Friday, Black Friday Month, Early Black Friday, Family & Friends Sale, Subscriber Only Pricing, Cyber Monday, Mega Sale/Boxing Day, Black Friday Summer, restricted offers, mail order offers, total bill promotions, discounts, coupons, bonuses, free or bonus offers, original manufacturer pricing, discontinued items, clearance items, demonstrators, refurbished items and open box items. No rain checks will be issued under the price match policy. The policy will not be applied if the information indicated in the advertisement shown by the customer is incomplete (e.g., if the applicable dates or all mandatory information in the "Terms and Conditions" section are not specified) or if the print or digital advertisement does not come directly from a competitor. Mondou reserves the right to change or update information and to correct pricing errors or omissions at any time without prior notice. Price matching conditions are subject to change without notice.
