We offer home delivery in 1 to 3 business days on most orders placed before 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, for delivery in Quebec.

Dans les régions éloignées du Québec et à l'extérieur de la province, le délai est de 4 à 7 jours ouvrable.

Certain regions of Quebec are excluded from our delivery territory, particularly the northern regions.

Our teams are committed to ensuring your order is assembled within 48 business hours of receipt, so you can receive it as quickly as possible. However, it's important to note that the carrier may experience some processing delays over which we have no control.

Home delivery costs

Standard delivery in Quebec is free for all purchases of $49 or more.

For orders under $49, delivery is free at a fixed price of $6.99.

In remote areas of Quebec and outside the province, delivery is offered at a fixed cost of $10.99.

Additional fees for heavy or bulky items, such as litter boxes, may apply. If this happens, these additional fees will appear in the order summary of your cart and are independent of the free shipping offer.

Delivery to store

You can have your online order shipped to the store of your choice, completely free of charge. It generally takes 4 to 7 business days. Once your order arrives in store, you will receive an email notifying you, and you can then pick it up.
