Customer satisfaction is at the center of what we do.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item purchased from Mondou within 30 days of the purchase date, upon presentation of the original receipt.
Purchase in store
An item purchased in store can be returned to the store according to the following criteria:
- The 30-day period following the date of purchase is respected;
- The original receipt, in paper or electronic version, is presented;
- The refund is made on the same type of initial payment (Credit, debit or cash);
- Food and treats are in their original packaging and contain more than 80% of the original quantity;
- Boots, clothing and accessories are not worn, used or washed;
- The item is in the same condition as at the time of sale;
- The item does not represent the quality standards of purchasing the product.
Online purchase
An item purchased online can be returned free of charge:
- In person at one of our stores;
- By mail by contacting our Customer Service in advance (note that delivery costs are not refundable).
If you choose to return an item in store, you must have in your possession:
- The item to be returned;
- A copy of your electronic invoice;
- A copy of your electronic invoice;
Refund will be made to the original payment method only.
Final sale
- Any item marked “final sale” cannot be returned;
